Problems Creating a HomeSqool Account?


Not receiving email from the SqoolMaster?

If you are not receiving the email from us to confirm your SqoolTools account, please take the following steps.

1. Check your spam folder for email from "SqoolMaster" or the "SqoolTechs Team".

2. Add [email protected] to your email program as an approved sender.  Depending on the email program that you are using look for  "trusted sender's list" or "white list".

3.  If none of these options work for you, send an email to and we will manually confirm your account.  Once your account is confirmed, you can use the SqoolTools internal messaging system to communicate with us.

4.  We will send an email to let you know that your account has been confirmed, but it is possible that email will also be blocked.  Wait one day and attempt to login with the username and password that you specified when you registered.

5.  If you are still having problems, email from an alternate email account and we will assist you in any way that we can.
